Lone Star Grillz Party Ribs – Juicy, Saucy & Perfect for Sharing
Remember to always wash your hands prior to preparing. Use food grade gloves where appropriate to prevent contamination.
Recipe and Ingredients:
-
Ribs – You can use Baby Back, Spare or St Louis Cut
-
LSG Texas Bold Rub (or your favorite Rib Rub)
-
Olive Oil
-
Your favorite BBQ Sauce
-
Optional garnish of Dried Chives or Parsley
DIRECTIONS:
ALWAYS START BY WASHING YOUR HANDS PRIOR TO PREPARING ANY FOOD FOR FOOD SAFETY.
-
Begin by unpackaging Ribs, rinse (optional) and pat dry with a paper towel.
-
Remove the Membrane (see video for details).
-
Cut into individual portions by slicing in between each rib.
-
Place into a large bowl or foil pan, coat with Olive Oil and mix to cover well.
-
Season with Rib Rub and mix well to coat fully.
-
Pre-heat your smoker to 250-300 degrees Fahrenheit.
-
Place Ribs on the smoker with enough space in between each for smoke to travel, this will give the best exterior “bark” results.
-
Allow the Ribs to cook for 60-90 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 175-185 degrees Fahrenheit (this is a good range to assure the bark is fully set).
-
Place Ribs into a foil pan, add your favorite BBQ Sauce, mix well to fully coat, cover pan with foil and place back onto the cooker for 30-60 minutes or until the Ribs reach a tender temperature of 203-207 degrees Fahrenheit.
-
Remove, rest with pan remaining covered, SERVE AND ENJOY!
