I wanted to take a moment to update all our customers as to our current status as we work through the Covid-19 outbreak. While Covid-19 never shut us down as we were deemed essential our lead times have been extended beyond our normal times in some cases. We are trying to keep the website up to date as best as we can and as we run into delays we are updating the website to reflect the most accurate and up to date lead times. This means that the lead times are being updated in real time (both up and down) as we run into material and or employee shortages that are virus related. The lead times are located on each product page and says "typically ships in", or can be found here https://lonestargrillz.com/pages/shipping-timeframes These lead times are calculated from the time you placed the order and will supersede any time frames that were given when the order was placed (again this can mean a increase or decrease depending on the product). We apologize for any delays and are doing everything we can to continue to get the orders out ASAP. You may also see some items on the website say "sold out" this is in a effort to concentrate our work in other areas as we deal with delays. These items will be available again just as soon as we are able to catch up on orders that may be behind.
