“Chipotle Chicken Burgers"

Remember to always wash your hands prior to preparing. Use food grade gloves where appropriate to prevent contamination.

Recipe and Ingredients:

For Burger Sauce (mix all together well in a small bowl, set aside for later)

  • ½ cup Mayo
  • Juice from one Lime
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
  • A couple shakes of our LSG “South of the Border” Rub (or use your favorite Rub)

For Chipotle Chicken Burgers (mix all together in a bowl, form burgers, coat burgers with Olive Oil)

  • 1 pound of Ground Chicken
  • ½ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ cup Fresh Chopped Parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of Black Pepper
  • 1.5 tablespoons of LSG South of the Border Rub (or use your favorite)
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Chipotle peppers in Adobo Sauce

Suggested Toppings:

  • Pepper Jack Cheese
  • Thinly Sliced Red Onion
  • Avocado Slices
  • Burger Sauce
  • (And a Brioche Burger Bun for serving)

DIRECTIONS:

ALWAYS START BY WASHING YOUR HANDS PRIOR TO PREPARING ANY FOOD FOR FOOD SAFETY.

  1. Begin by making the Burger Sauce (recipe above) and set aside to chill in the fridge until serving time.
  2. Make Burger patties as described above.
  3. Pre-heat your Grill to medium heat set up for direct cooking (350-400F)
  4. Place burgers on grill, flip every couple of minutes until they reach an internal temperature minimum of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (safe).
  5. Toast burger buns on grill, melt Pepperjack Cheese (or use your favorite) on burgers.
  6. Place directly onto the bottom bun from the Grill, build with toppings.
  7. SERVE AND ENJOY!
