1.5 pounds or Fresh 80/20 Ground Beef/Chuck
-
Dinner Rolls (8-12)
-
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
-
1 small finely diced Onion
-
1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
-
¼ cup Dried/Fresh Parsley
-
¾ cup Italian Style Breadcrumbs
-
1 Egg
-
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
-
¼ Tsp. Oregano
-
1.5 Tbsp. Lone Star Grillz Texas Bold Rub (or use equal parts salt/pepper)
-
Your favorite cheese to melt on top
-
Spicy Ketchup Glaze/Dip: (mix 1 cup Ketchup, 1 Tsp. Black Pepper, 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce, 1 Tbsp. of your favorite Hot Sauce together and set aside until cooking time)
DIRECTIONS:
ALWAYS START BY WASHING YOUR HANDS PRIOR TO PREPARING ANY FOOD FOR FOOD SAFETY.
-
Make Spicy Ketchup and fridge till needed (see recipe above).
-
Make Meatloaf Mixture (in a large bowl, add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, onion, minced garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan cheese, oregano, LSG Texas Bold) or salt/pepper) and mix well with hands until fully combined and it sticks to your hand).
-
Shape Slider patties with a 3” baking ring, or with your hands. Make them ¾ to 1 inch thick which will yield 8-12 Sliders.
-
Pre-heat the charcoal side of El Fuego Trio (or any grill) to around 250 Degrees Fahrenheit and place sliders over direct heat. We used the lowest charcoal grate setting on El Fuego Trio with our vents around 1/3-1/2 open.
-
Rotate and flip as needed until they reach 160 degrees Fahrenheit, then glaze with ketchup and add cheese to melt on top.
-
Once cheese is melted, serve these directly onto warm dinner rolls and serve with remaining spicy ketchup as a dip.
-
ENJOY!!!
