Lone Star Grillz Recipes: Smoked Naked Chicken Wings
Remember to always wash your hands prior to preparing. Use food grade gloves where appropriate to prevent contamination.
Recipe and Ingredients:
- 18 o 24 Chicken Wings (Drums/Flats)
- Rub Recipe (2 teaspoons each of Pink Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Corn Starch) BE SURE TO COMBINE WELL UNTIL IT IS A FINE POWDER CONSISTENCY
- Olive Oil or other binder (if you wish)
- Chopped Green Onion for Garnish (or anything you prefer)

DIRECTIONS:
Mix rub recipe well into a fine powder. Apply to the Wings on all sides. Allow to sit while you preheat your Lone Star Grillz Pellet Smoker. Preheat your Lone Star Grillz Pellet Smoker to 325 Degrees Fahrenheit. Once preheated, place the wings on the cooker and close the lid to allow them to cook. Once the Wings are done to your liking and finishing temperature (suggestion is 190 degrees Fahrenheit for extra tenderness), remove from the cooker and serve them up the way you like them best!
