- 3 cloves chopped Garlic
- 2 cups Chicken Broth

- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

3) Place Onions, Bell Peppers, Jalapeno, Garlic into foil pan, coat with Olive Oil, season with LSG “South of the Border” Rub, mix well.
4) Add Chicken Broth and a few drops of your favorite Hot Sauce to pan.
The Cook: Approximate time 3-4 hours total
Pre-heat your Lone Star Grillz Pellet Smoker to 275 degrees Fahrenheit. Once fully preheated, place chicken on top grate and foil pan on bottom grate underneath the chicken.
Allow it to cook for approximately 1 hour or until the chicken hits 160°F in the center. Place the chicken in the foil pan with the veggies and cover it with foil then get it back on the smoker at the same temperature.
Approximately 90 minutes later the chicken will be pull apart tender. Pull it apart, mix with veggies and cover with foil again, than get it back on the smoker for 30-60 minutes to absorb the flavors in the pan.
Remove it from the smoker, rest and cool for a few minutes, serve with as tacos, sandwiches or just by itself.. ENJOY!
