For decades, pit masters have had to choose between the flavor of a traditional stick burner and the convenience of a pellet smoker. The LSG Hybrid Offset changes everything. This is not a pellet hopper bolted onto an offset, and it's not an offset with a second firebox. The LSG Hybrid features a patent-pending firebox design that allows pellets and wood splits to burn together in a single firebox, delivering authentic offset flavor with automatic temperature control. As your wood burns down, the pellet system automatically maintains your set point. Add another split and the controller adjusts accordingly. Run it as a stick burner, pellet smoker, or a combination of both.

Built Like a True Offset

Constructed from heavy-duty 1/4" thick new-wall pipe, the Hybrid Offset is built for exceptional heat retention, durability, and airflow. Our patent-pending Tri-Level Heat Distribution Baffle System allows Traditional Cross Flow, Bottom-Up Flow, or Top-Down Flow cooking. Three independent baffles allow you to fine-tune airflow and cooking temperatures exactly to your liking. Additional features include a fully flanged counter weighted door, smoke collector, adjustable 5" smokestack, stainless cool-touch handles, three Tel-Tru temperature gauges, dedicated firebox grilling chamber, propane log starter compatibility, heavy-duty caster package, and three coats of high-temperature paint.

FireBoard Powered

The Hybrid features a 100% Made in USA pellet system including the hopper, auger assembly, and FireBoard PID controller. Features include WiFi & Bluetooth connectivity, Apple & Android compatibility, remote monitoring and control through the FireBoard App, temperature graphing and cook logging, support for up to six probes, two meat probes and one ambient probe included, multi-step cooking programs, and the ability to store notes and photos from every cook.
