Lone Star Grillz “Street Corn Dip"

Remember to always wash your hands prior to preparing. Use food grade gloves where appropriate to prevent contamination. 

Recipe and Ingredients: 

  • 2 Block of Cream Cheese (16 oz)

  • LSG South of the Border Rub

  • 2 cans (30.5 oz) of your favorite Canned Corn

  • 8 oz. freshly shredded Pepper Jack Cheese

  • 1 Handful of rough chopped Cilantro

  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise (use a good brand like Dukes if you can)

  • Fresh squeezed juice of ½ Lime

  • Cotija Cheese and Tajin Seasoning for finishing topping

  • Serve with Crackers, Chips, Bread, or anything you like!

DIRECTIONS:

ALWAYS START BY WASHING YOUR HANDS PRIOR TO PREPARING ANY FOOD FOR FOOD SAFETY.

  1. Pre-heat your Lone Star Grillz El Patron to 250-275 Degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Place cream cheese, corn, pepper jack cheese, cilantro, mayo, lime juice, and LSG SOTB Rub into a large mixing bowl.  Mix well to fully combine.

  3. Transfer to a Skillet or Baking Dish of your choice.

  4. Place onto grill, close lid, allow to cook for 60-75 minutes or until it is fully hot, melted and done to your liking.

  5. Remove from El Patron, garnish with cotija cheese, tajin seasoning.

  6. Allow it to cool for a few minutes.

  7. SERVE and ENJOY!
